Orders are delivered within 3–4 business days, excluding weekends.
Orders placed after 10 AM on Thursdays will be delivered the following Monday.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Customer Actions:
Chef Obi’s Foods will not be held responsible for delays or spoilage resulting from changes, cancellations, rejections, or redirections of deliveries without prior notice.
Missed Deliveries:
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel will be left in a secure location within your property.
Shipping Costs and Weight:
Shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order, calculated using either the gross weight (including packaging) or volumetric weight (product dimensions).
Final shipping costs are determined at checkout for transparency and accuracy.
Store Pickup:
Customers opting to collect their orders in-store should notify us in advance by phone.
